We run a static website. We don't want your data; we want you to eat well.

This site sets no cookies of its own, has no accounts, and collects no personal information. Standard server logs (IP, user agent) are kept by our host for security.

Two third parties receive your IP address and browser string when a page loads, before you click anything: Google Fonts serves the typefaces and Pexels serves the header photography. A measurement script also runs on every page; it records which page was viewed and which outbound link was clicked, and it is not tied to an identity. Outbound links go to Google Maps, TripAdvisor (via Rakuten Advertising affiliate redirects), guide.michelin.com and our tour and travel partners — each has its own privacy policy that applies once you leave this site. They are listed on Disclosure.
